Push a name onto namespaceNameContainer and emit the language-specific scope-opener text (namespace X { for C++, module X for others). The name to push comes from the subclass — from its grammar-driven state, from a constructor argument, from a member.

Marked noexcept. Implementations should not throw — the base class relies on this for exception safety around the stack.
