Return namespaceNameContainer joined into a language-appropriate path. :: for C++, . for many others, / for filesystem-style guards.

Called by generateHeaderGuard. Also useful for emitting fully qualified references inside comments or as strings.

The joined path. Empty when the stack is empty (no scopes have been opened yet).

Notes

= 0 because the join separator is language-specific.

generateHeaderGuard treats an empty return specially — it does not prepend a separator before the header name, so a top-level guard is composed cleanly.
